Pencil skirt remains one of the most versatile dresses from office desk to parties. They can be worn at any time of the year. Hard to believe right?
Well, in this cold season we tend to keep our skirts back in suitcases and take out trousers to save us from cold weather.. Hang on! There is now a way out!
Today, we fashion struck bloggers will guide you how to style them but before that I would say winters don’t really mean we have to give up wearing our favorite clothes, one should only know how to style them perfectly!
Sweaters with skirt always go well together and if you team them with ankle boots, they will give you a super classy, chic look. You can also pair them with a jacket and long high boots for a day out. You can wear tights or scarfs along with a statement necklace to complete the look 🙂
Take a look how my fellow bloggers have styled their skirts :
1) Style By Holly
” I style pencil skirts casually with a bomber jacket and white sneakers. I especially love this gorgeous pencil skirt for winter because of the velvet material which is super trendy right now and it stands out in it’s own.”
“The pink, fluffy, short sleeve top is perfect for the inconsistent minute-to-minute weather we have been experiencing. While it is warm, the short sleeves still allow you to stay cool. I paired it with the skirt, tights, and knee boots for a more sophisticated look. The top’s soft tone kept the look from looking too strict – and was a nice change from a total black”.
3) Lizzie In Lace
“This outfit has got to be one of my favorite Fall ensembles yet! Jeans go with everything, so wouldn’t that be true if your “jean” happened to be a chambray top? I say yes. The polka dot print pairs perfectly with so many things and since it’s chambray, it’s practically a neutral. In this case, it pairs seamlessly with this floral print pencil skirt while grey accessories up the Fall factor. For bit chilly weather you can layer this with leather jacket”.
4) Moda On The Go
“I love wearing sequinces and bling stuff and this skirt is my favourite of the lot. To give an instant weather protection I styled it up with a sweater.
If you like this look, head to River Island and pick this skirt and heels and sweater from Primark. My all time favorite bag is from Marc B. I totally love this outfit!
Also, I completed the look with a touch mineral foundation and lipstick from Younique. This smooth foundation goes on liquid and dries to a soft powdery finish. Perfect for my blemishes! Ask me why I totally love Younique products is because – 75% of the commission made through Liana’s Younique webpage helps helps her fund MobMakeup’s Mission cause”.
P.S: I am wearing shade organza.
We hope you diva’s enjoyed reading this blog as much as we did compiling it. We personally recommend you to wear thick sweaters, coats, warm socks and boots this season. Be safe and stay warm this season ladies!
We look forward to hear from you how you styled your pencil skirt this winters.
Have a nice day xx
Much Love <3
